How accurate is the YUR Tracker?

YUR is accurate within a tracked error of standard heart rate monitors and is continually updated and improved. For more information read our white paper. Visit our Help Center for even more information and how to install YUR.

What devices does YUR support?

Currently we support Oculus Quest, Oculus Link, Oculus Rift, Oculus Rift S, Valve Index, HTC Vive, HTC Vive Pro, HTC Cosmos, Windows Mixed Reality Headsets.

What Platforms does YUR support?

We are currently on Sidequest, Steam, Oculus Store (running on Windows)

How long will it take me to get to the Max level on YUR?

It will take our users a minimum of 55 hours to reach MAX level of 60 on our leveling system. Progressing in difficulty towards Legendary status.

Does YUR Support all Heart Rate Monitors?

Selected Heart Rate Monitors are supported in VR including Polar, Apple Watch, Wahoo Tickr, Heartbeat Herzfrequenz, and Coospo… For more information and a complete listing and how to configure click here.

What if I want to delete my account?

Due to CCPA, GDPR, and various other privacy policy compliance, you must provide two forms of evidence that you own the actual email and information associated with the YUR account you are trying to delete. Remove YUR account
